We are a Baptiste Power Yoga affiliate studio located in Colorado Springs (formerly known as UpRise Yoga Studio). Our mission is to make Yoga accessible for EVERY body and to create a space where everyone feels welcomed and free to be.

Baptiste Power Yoga exists to disrupt the drift of everyday lives and to show each of us what is possible both on and off the mat. We help people with busy lives and busy minds discover space to breathe, grow, and transform from the inside out.
