Ayurveda is the mother of all healing arts. It is one of the world's oldest sciences with roots in ancient India dating back over 5000 years. Ayurveda and Yoga are considered sister sciences: Ayurveda is the science of life and living well and Yoga is the science of self-realization. Together they bring us into balance with ourselves and nature, offering a pathway to good health and happiness.

The Ayurveda Health Retreat (AHR) was established in 2001 by Richard A. Masla, Ayurvedic Practitioner, with a

mission to share the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga in the spirit of healing, love, transformation, and service.
