Atisaya is spread across a 1 acre property with an Outdoor Cafeteria, Yoga/Meditation Area, Therapy Center 'Swastha' started in collaboration with Arogya Amrutham Vaidya Salai, an Ayurvedic Clinic in T.Nagar, Chennai, Granite Walking Paths, Library with over 150 titles, Wifi Internet and Cable Television. It combines Healthy Sattvic Food, Meditation/Yogic Practices and Ayurvedic Therapies.Atisaya has a main house which is a colonial house built by the British in 1905. The Shell of the home has been maintained meticulously over the years while the interior has been renovated to match the present standards.
Atisaya has a Therapy Center 'Swastha' where the Ayurvedic Therapies – 'Abhyanga' and 'Shirodhara' are practiced. For Hygiene purposes, we use only disposable inner wears, bath towels at our Therapy Center and rooms/cottages. Soaps/Shampoos are Herbal/Ayurvedic of renowned brands.Atisaya will give you an experience that lasts you a lifetime.
