Ashtanga Yoga Paris

Ashtanga Yoga Paris (AYP) was founded in 2004 by Gérald Disse and Linda Munro, who themselves train their team of teachers to ensure quality, consistent, caring and quality education.At AYP we teach Ashtanga Yoga in its traditional form, called Mysore, as well as guided Ashtanga courses. We also offer Vinyasa and Restorative classes which we believe are complementary to Ashtanga, and very good styles of yoga in their own right.We are located in the 11th arrondissement, in the district of Oberkampf, Parmentier and République. You leave the busy streets of Paris and you finally arrive in our peaceful space dedicated to yoga. Hard to believe you are still in Paris, you can practice yoga in one of the three bright rooms spread over 340 square meters, on two floors. Showers are available for students who leave for work directly after their morning practice
