Half Headstand
Ardha Sirsasana, or Half Headstand, is a preparatory posture for the full Sirsasana (Headstand). It strengthens the upper body, improves balance, and enhances core strength. Unlike the full headstand, this posture focuses on placing less weight on the head, helping build stability before attempting the full inversion.
