Description
For me, yoga means self-exploration and self-knowledge. Every time I step on my yoga mat, I have the opportunity to learn more about my body, mind and heart. I can expand my consciousness through my yoga practice. In this way I get closer to myself and find satisfaction with the reality of my being.
Yoga keeps reminding me that I don't really know who I am, that there is more. My yoga practice helps me to develop and become more aware, not only of myself, but also of the world around me. This awareness supports me in seeing the good in myself, in my fellow human beings and in the world.
