Amma- Kuwait, a social organization, registered with the Embassy of India, is dedicated to various social activities, inspired by the great humanitarian leader Mata Amritanandamayi Devi. Since 1995, Amma Kuwait has been actively offering various social & humanitarian activities for the benefit of people residing in Kuwait and in other parts of the world.
Amma Kuwait’s activities are mainly focused on social development & empowerment of our community, spiritual and personal development of young and old, eco-awareness and compassion towards all living and nonliving.
Amma-Kuwait promotes two Yoga and Meditation practices, conceptualized and synthesized by Mata Amritanandamayi Devi.
Amrita Yoga offers a holistic approach, focused on Awareness with heart-centered intention and aims to transcend the physical asana practice.
IAM (Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique) is a simple combination of yoga, pranayama and meditation that takes just 20 minutes a day.
