The yoga classes are for all levels, from beginners on the mat for the first time to experienced yogis who want to deepen their practice.
Included daily is a morning meditation and yoga class, a late afternoon restorative yoga class with pranayama, breakfast, lunch, 2 dinners (the other 5 will be a la carte at one of the beach tavernas), accommodation, a boat trip (option to go snorkelling), a guided hike, and enough time left to enjoy the beach and explore the island.
