Description
Energizer Yoga at Somajiguda, Hyderabad had a modest beginning in the year 2009. It is aimed at helping students understand, work out and use the enriching benefits of Yoga towards their own betterment and well-being.
As a part of the practice, students get to learn Pranayam, Micro Yoga, Suryanamaskar, Asan, Kriyas and Meditation that keep the body fit and agile. We also introduce our students to the spiritual wisdom associated with Yoga, a discussion that enriches our mind to better living are also a part of our classes. The objective is not for a student to just come and learn Yoga as a routine but use Yoga to turn their routines around…with positive energy and a sense of purpose towards a richer and happier life!
The classes are well planned that helps students to practice effectively and get into challenging moves. The practice not only increase stamina but also remove the toxins from the body and boosts the immune system.
