We at Yoga & Ayurved Prabodhini, continuing to exist from the past 20 years in the field of yoga & Ayurveda.
Our prime focus is practice and teaching yoga, We regularly conduct yoga teacher training courses at our institute. Recently we have started courses in Ayurveda- basic principles and ayurvedic dietetics. We also designed special batches of yoga restorative therapy and garbhasanskar for yoga trainers.
