Here we offer the benefits of Yoga to men and women of all ages and levels of experience in a non-competitive, supportive, down to earth manner. Specialized offerings are available for Pre/postnatal moms, Mom and Baby, Men, Kids, Teens, Seniors and those with special needs. We proudly offer mindfulness and yoga classes to students in the Manhasset, Great Neck, Sea Cliff, and Roslyn areas as well throughout Nassau County.
