We’ve proudly served Broward County for 18 years in Davie, and are now in Pembroke Pines too! Both locations have hot & unheated studio rooms for classes every day, in addition to Workshops and a reputable Teacher Training Program. Rooms are covered with special anti-microbial Yoga Flooring for a clean, comfortable practice, and stale air is recycled for easier, safer breathing. Our rates are affordable with special pricing for Students, Seniors, Teachers, First Responders, Nurses and Military. Our skilled, caring instructors are trained in many Yoga styles and each provide a different, continually challenging experience. Our wide variety of classes are accessible for yogis of all levels and body types.
