YogaLove

Amy is a Registered ERYT through the Yoga Alliance and is the Owner and Director of YogaLove. In addition to her original 200-hour certification from YL, Amy has fulfilled multiple 100-hour advanced teacher trainings giving her a diverse background within many yoga lineages. Her educational background is in the biological sciences and that theme is threaded throughout her classes. She would describe her classes as part science class, part yoga class, and part comedy show–topped with a ton a LOVE. Amy is a deep believer that asana is just the beginning of the journey and her heart is dedicated to helping others be brave in finding their authentic voice and some tiny liberations in their days. Amy teaches soulful and energetic classes in deep Honor of the Divine. She encourages her students to play, explore, and be BRAVE both on and off the mat.
