Our yoga studio is a supportive and a non-competitive environment for students of all abilities to enjoy the practice of yoga. We believe that yoga is a tool for finding balance in these busy and stressful times – through being present, physical postures, breathing, and relaxation. If you have tried yoga and found that the poses or pace were not suitable to your body or experience level, we have classes that are accessible for a wide range of people, and have lots of students over 50. We offer a variety of classes, from gentle to more athletic, so whether you have never stepped foot on a yoga mat, or have been doing yoga for 20 years, we would love to be a part of guiding you safely on your journey.
