OV Yoga

OV Yoga is a space for everyone, we opened our doors in 2014 welcoming all those who have a true interest in doing yoga and deepen their practice. We offer a warm and welcoming space where anyone, can afford to let go and free themselves to their practice, in our space we invite other teachers, trainers, motivators and members of the community to participate, inspire and share their gifts and talents with everyone. We as a school still have a lot to learn and we look forward to sharing this journey with all of you.
