Description
To me, yoga is a dance between empowering techniques and the most gentle security blanket. Yoga is a forgiving, yet encouraging practice, resulting in strength, flexibility and clarity. I love guiding people of all ages through yoga practices so they may obtain the peace and balance they require and deserve.
My yoga journey began in 2002, when I entered a studio, hopeful to find relief from chronic neck pain. Within only a few classes, I found that relief, along with an inspired sense of purpose and a deep appreciation for the physical body and it’s abilities.
