FRA offers two unique Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Programs taught in the Viniyoga style. You may begin with our 3 weekend (40 hours contact) certification and then you also have the option to continue your training in our 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program to meet national standards.
