Karuna Yoga

I was born in Kayseri on 22/03/1966. I started yoga in 2002. I received a yoga certificate from Vivekananda Yoga University to share the changes that yoga made with me with other people. I opened the Karuna Yoga Center to promote yoga in Kayseri and to be a pioneer in this regard. My teacher Nv Raghuram from Vivekananda University called me "Karunamayi"  . Therefore, the name of our center is "Karuna Yoga"We decided to have it. Bangalore Vivekananda Yoga University in India is a recognized medical school in the International Medical community. In this university hospital, in addition to the treatments in normal western medicine, yoga therapy programs are also applied. Yoga therapy programs within the same university; I attended Sudaka's yin yoga workshop, Sarah Powers yin yoga workshop, Tias Little yoga Therapy Workshop, Parmanand Institute Of Yoga Sciences & Research Yoga Therapy Teacher's Training Certificate. I completed the Ra Sheeba Certificate af Completion master and I'm giving Ra Sheeba training in our center. I completed the Anusara Yoga Teacher Training Certificate program and received the Hatha Yoga Instructor certificate in Anusara style. I continue on the way to Anusara
