Our school, founded in 1997, with an incessant history of evolution and commitment to teaching, is endorsed by Yoga Alliance in its 200h and advanced 500h programs.
Led by Javier Castro, an experienced ERYT 500h Yoga Alliance teacher and the team of teachers at Yogashala Institute, trained in excellence and inspired by the traditions of Anusara, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini, with a fresh touch of Vinyasa Flow.
