Thank you for visiting my site. I am so blessed and grateful for the opportunity to teach and connect with incredible people each day. Over the years my teaching has evolved as I journey deeper into myself and my studies in yoga, life and learning. Still, my very favorite aspect of yoga is witnessing a student’s journey begin and unfold on their mat. I will always treasure the memory of my first yoga class and how from that very minute, that very practice, my life was forever changed. My true love and reverence for the practice and enthusiasm to share knowledge keeps me excited, inspired, and curious to teach each day. Over the years, finding the confidence in my true voice has led me down this road of working with remarkable students to help them pursue fulfilling physical practices and enriched spiritual paths.
