Whether to gymnasts, physical education & recreation students, personal training clients, fitness enthusiasts or yoga students, she has been able to draw upon her vast knowledge of human anatomy, metaphysics, and healthy living. Her career began as a high-level gymnastics coach, evolved through personal training and further into yoga teaching and yoga therapy. What has contributed to Jayne’s unique teaching style is that she has had the opportunity of studying with both gymnastics and yoga masters. She was fortunate to study with Ju Ping Tian (Australian Women’s National Gymnastics Coach) and Bernard Petiot (Canadian Women’s National Coach) in her early years. This foundation of precision, in-depth biomechanics and functional anatomy has set the platform on which she built her yogic education.
