Description
John was first introduced to yoga in 1998 with a Power Yoga for Beginners DVD. He was hooked and so began his yoga journey. Initially, John was drawn to the physical fitness aspect, but eventually began to appreciate the fluidity of the movement, challenging himself as he progressed. His body and life evolved into a holistic approach and a more peaceful and fulfilling life. Through yoga, John learned how to combine breath with movement, build strength with flexibility, develop a centered and focused mind, better control reactions to events, and to enjoy the beauty of nature.
