Alosjayoga

As I was not pleased with my working life, which was behind the gaming table in casinos all over the world and looking for my personal and emotional satisfaction, I soon realized that the work I did day after day did not leave me satisfied, so I decided to turn my life around, I started practicing Yoga, which opened a new path for me, which now I am happy to share.
Since then -1995- I have practiced and studied yoga, shortly after during my trips and stays in India and with the practice of Asthanga Vinayasa and Iyengar Yoga I confirmed the path.
