Description
My yoga journey began over twenty years ago. Having trained in movement and dance, to dance teacher, yoga has always been my go to. Mentally it has allowed me to go within and explore the essence of my true self, it has given me a calmness to deal with everyday life and an inner peace. Physically, it has kept me strong and resilient. My style of yoga is quite eclectic having trained with a variety of yoga lineages. I commit and regularly attend yoga training, always being a student of yoga. My last training being in beautiful, spiritual India. Meditation is a big part of my practice. Those moments in stillness for me are pure bliss. It always feels like coming home.
