Movement Arts

Movement Arts first opened the doors for classes in 1998. We started with just a few students, in a big red barn in Arlington.  Over the years we grew into a center for classes, friendships, gatherings, and a real sense of community.

Kara Keating and the studio were featured in Real Simple magazine (November 2002.) In 2008, the Yoga at Home DVD was filmed in the barn and included music by local musicians.
