Santhi Yoga

Santhi Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and we offer wide variety of courses in Yoga Teacher Training & Ayurveda. In the last 10 years we have trained over 6000 students. Today we offer 7 different courses in Yoga and Ayurveda. Santhi Yoga’s 100 Hour Yoga TTC, 200 Hour Yoga TTC, 300 Hour Yoga TTC and 95 Hour Children’s Yoga TTC are all certified by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance International. Our teaching style contrasts traditional Hatha Yoga with modern Vinyasa flow. We run our Yoga Teacher Trainings and Retreats in Varkala and Trivandrum (Kerala).
