Indiv Yoga™ is a blend of Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative yoga with the belief that the benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, can be applied to every type of individual. Indiv Yoga™ classes are structured and tailored to the individual’s strengths, weaknesses and objectives. It’s primary focus is diminishing the anxieties of modern day life in adults and children, by achieving physical and mental balance, to attain inner calm and strength.
Indiv Yoga™ classes and courses do not have a rigid structure or set sequence. The poses, breathing exercises and meditations are dependent on those attending, and evolve with the objective of physical and mental balance.
Yoga has been helping me for over 24 years. It's given me strength, calm and control in my battle with anxiety. Its benefit is the ability to achieve mental and physical balance for a healthier and happier life. It's a resource that everyone can benefit from and I'm here to help you do that!
