Extended Frog Pose
Uttāna Maṇḍukāsana, or Extended Frog Pose, is a variation of Mandukāsana in which the knees are spread wide and the arms are extended upward with the palms joining behind the head. This posture stretches the chest, shoulders, and spine while also engaging the hips and thighs. It is commonly used to improve posture, enhance flexibility in the shoulders, and open the heart center.
