At the Daley Practice we teach you yoga in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar who developed a innovative approach to classical Hatha Yoga. Iyengar Yoga emphasizes alignment while developing strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance while being accessible to everyone regardless of age, ability, or physical limitations.
