Studio Yoga Madison

Jeff Heilman is a colleague and a former student of Theresa’s from the early 80s. You might remember him from the neck self-care workshop he conducted a year ago at Studio Yoga. Dr. Heilman maintained a private chiropractic practice from 1986 until his retirement in 2014. He is credentialed in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT), is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, a Certified Humanistic NLP Coach,and a Reiki Master. Dr.Heilman has stated that he sees his role as a guide to financial stability and enhanced growth within the community and he is “…happy to serve as a steward for Studio Yoga as the community transitions to its next step.”
