Better Living Yoga

We are a unique yoga studio in southern California that is based in Aliso Viejo. Many of our clients visit us from the surrounding communities of Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Laguna Beach, Mission Viejo and more. Better Living Yoga focuses on yoga as wellness for everybody with many of our clients being adults 40 years old and beyond.
We believe that you don’t have to be young and fit to practice yoga. Our strategy is to promote the physical as well as emotional benefits of yoga in an environment of peers that is non-competitive, open and welcoming.
