Rachelle “Chelle” Pean grew up in Upstate, NY and noticed the lack of diversity in wellness spaces and mental health settings. A space where she could bring her whole self and feel like it was really a space for her was few and far between; noticing this gap and having the supportive relationships of incredibly talented healers in Upstate NY birthed the passion and purpose of Root3d, which she cofounded with Jamel Mosely in May 2019.
