Description
Our purpose is to provide a complete yoga experience of union with God our Creator through meditation that is still, movement that is gentle, and postures that are powerful.
In 2011, Keleah Anderson picked up Wild Goose Chase by Mark Batterson. Having seen herself in the numerous cages outlined in Batterson’s book, she asked God “Where do I go?.” He said “Be yoga.” Yoga is defined as a yoke or union and Keleah heard God say “You don’t have to know your destination, just be yoked to me and chase the goose.”
The Wild Goose Chase introduction reads: “The Celtic Christians had a name for the Holy Spirit – An Geadh Glas, or “The Wild Goose”. The name hints to mystery. Much like a wild goose, the spirit of God cannot be tracked or tamed. And while the name may sound a little sacrilegious, I cannot think of a better description for what it is like to follow the Holy Spirit through life.
