Sarah Bontrager

Sarah Bontrager, MAMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Golden Hill Office Center, an Assistant Psychology Professor at Colorado Christian University, and a Registered YogaFaith instructor. She is a Colorado native and currently resides in Golden, Colorado with her husband of 21 years, Jeff, and their four children, ages 8-18. Sarah is passionate about engaging authentically with relevant, pressing mental health issues facing teens, athletes, families, couples, and children. Her specialties include working with depression and anxiety, using therapy and yoga for athletes facing performance challenges, life-stage adjustments, parenting, trauma, grief, and family relationships.
