Polly is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Professional Member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). She obtained her Certificate as an Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health where she studied under the tutelage of Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Sunil Joshi, Dr. Rosy Mann, Dr. John Doulliard, Dr. Claudia Welch, Dr. Margrit Mikulus, Jyothi Bhatt, and Dr. Gerard Buffo.
Polly also holds an Ayurvedic Nutrition and Culinary Educator certificate earned from Bhagavat Life in NYC, studying with Divya Alter and other expert culinary chefs in New York City. She has also completed the Ayurveda for Health Counselors and Lifestyle Consultants course at the Jiva Institutes in Faridabad and Vrindavan, India.
