Susan Kaufman has lived in Hampton Roads (mostly) since 1968. Fascinated by Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques) since the age of 12, she found Ayurveda in the glossary of Mom's yoga book. Susan has studied at Kripalu, the Chopra Center, the JIVA Institute, Warriors at Ease and many others. Susan is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and member of NAMA, the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. She works and lives in Virginia Beach VA.
