Living Arts Ayurveda

I am a forever student. I believe this to be one of my core oaths. As such, I think I will always be in “school”. I hold my Masters of Arts in Ayurveda from the beautiful community in the mountains above Watsonville, CA, the Mt. Madonna Institute, founded by Baba Hari Dass. I have had the good fortune to receive sincere training there by amazing, classical Ayurvedic doctors and teachers, for which I am eternally inspired and grateful. I completed my Ayurvedic Practitioner Certification there as well. Currently I am taking regular classes on the foundations of health, learning, growing and deepening through the classical Ayurvedic text, The Astanga Hrdayam, and the amazing teachers at The DIN Masterclass Institute led by the brilliance of Dr. Bhaswati Bhattacharya, author of one of my favorite books, “Everyday Ayurveda” and Vaidya Satyajith Kadkol.
