Elina Yoga

Graduate yoga teacher, professor dancer, graduate craniosacral therapist.
My parents gave me a taste for traveling at an early age. I took my first steps in Bombay.
I was trained as a professional dancer at the Hamburg State Opera and the Rotterdam Dansacademie.
In 1998 an “inner longing” led me back to India. In the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala I did my first Hatha Yoga teacher training (some more yoga trainings would follow) and from then on the yoga mat had its permanent place in the hotel room on all dance tours
Over the years I was guided by my curiosity and enriched by various yoga styles and renowned yoga teachers.
