I approached Yoga in the early 2000s practicing Hatha Yoga, and then continued my personal deepening practice following different teachings and practicing Tai Chi Chuan at the same time.
A few years later, with the discovery of Pattabhi Jois' Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, I traveled to India, spending a period in the Shree Sant Sewa Ashram in Rishikesh; in the following years I have deepened the Vinyasa Yoga attending the YTTP school in New York.
As for my training as a teacher, in 2016 I obtained the diploma with the qualification of Yoga Instructor, certified by CSEN, following participation in the Teacher Training 200HR at the Satyuga Oriental Culture Academy in Rome. In 2018 I completed the 60HR Yoga Therapy Training Course at the Institute of Human Sciences and obtained the RYT-250 PLUS certification with Yoga Alliance Italia and International. After the meeting in 2017 with Carla Nataloni thanks to whom I met Hormone Yoga Therapy.
