Description
I have been practicing yoga since 1982 with ever growing enthusiasm. In this long time I have met wonderful teachers and some styles of yoga. My roots are in classic Ijengar yoga, here I learned a lot about precise physical alignment - and also how to work out, support and expand a position with different aids. As a result, I have practiced yoga from Ashtanga, Mysore and Rishikesh to Kundalini style with great interest and joy. Today my focus is on Anusara Yoga , enriched with exercises from all other styles and supplemented by fascia yoga.
