Description
I studied Philosophy at the University, because I was looking for answers. I found interesting inspirations, but no comfort. In 2006 I attended the first Yoga class, but I felt uncomfortable. By intuition or masochism I continued and at some point, I don't know when, Yoga became as essential as air. On the mat I cried, I laughed, I was afraid, I got angry and, above all, I learned to love myself. I have experimented with different styles, traditions and methods, enjoying the multiple experiences of transformation. Vanda Scaravelli's approach, so poetic, essential and profound, for more than ten years illuminates my practice thanks to regular lessons with Benedetta Capanna and seminars with Diane Long. Thanks to the Teacher Training of Integral Hatha Yoga according to the teachings of Satchidananda.
