I’m so glad you are here! Yoga has made such a difference in my life, and I’d love to share some of that experience with you. The first yoga book I read while still in college was called “Yoga for Common Ailments.” Since then I've been fascinated by the healing capacity of yoga and dedicated my time to applying yoga to heal myself and others.
I came to yoga first to get relief for back pain from scoliosis, then for stress relief, when the pressure of graduate school started to affect me physically. I know from lived experience that yoga has the capacity to heal both the mind and the body.
