Description
After I retired, I had time to pay more attention to my health and look into preventative measures for a long and healthy life. I understand and continue to learn about my family’s history of health and disease. I eat a healthy diet based on my personal need and beliefs, move a lot in all directions, and spend time with family and friends. I started to read and take classes on many aspects of health and then decided I would like to share that knowledge with others.
Even though I work with a wide range of people, I really enjoy working with people over 50 that have a desire to live as healthy as possible. As we get older, our bodies start to lose some of our natural defenses and may needs additional support. For some people that means moving more and better, eating to optimize their bodies needs, or learning how to relax. Maybe you don’t even know where to start.
