Bhakti’s journey with Yoga began as a youngster growing up in Northern California where she was exposed to health and wellness practices at an early age. The daughter of a dedicated health practitioner and Yoga enthusiast she believes she was destined for this work.
She spent her youth exploring sports and athletics, which constantly resulted in injury. Over years of injury prevention practices and medical interventions, she began to understand her injury prone body would require a sensitive and conscious approach to wellness. She began practicing Yoga as a way to explore her mobility while balancing it with deep strength and stabilization, thus balancing both body and mind.
