Tam Terry

Tam Terry Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, B.S., ERYT 500, YACEP, has built a large, devoted clientele in the NY/NJ Metro area since 2002. She is certified by Kripalu School of Yoga & Integrative Yoga Therapy as an Advanced Teacher of Yoga Therapy.
Tam is a founding instructor at Devotion Yoga in Hoboken, NJ where she has taught vinyasa, restorative and therapeutic disciplines and served since 2004 as Senior Trainer for Bright Spirit Yoga Teacher Training, contributing to the development of over 300 instructors.
Across all program offerings, Tam displays the warm, nurturing presence and heart-centered practice that inspires her loyal students to live full, authentic and balanced lives. She teaches heart-centered, mindful movement in an alignment-based practice to help train people to access functional movement through healthy body dynamics.
