Description
Yoga and meditation have been major parts of my life for 20 years. I first obtained a 200 hour certification from Yoga Tree in San Francisco in 2010. After several years of teaching, I decided to deepen my studies with a focus on yoga as a tool for integrative healing from life's ailments, from the everyday to the complex. I obtained an additional 300 hours of training in Yoga Therapy in December 2018, and will complete 1,000 hours of Yoga Therapy education in 2020. I specialize in meditation, yoga nidra, stress management, chronic pain relief, yoga for life's common ailments, and designing individualized personal practice.
