Susanaprana

I am Susana Laborde-Blaj, a certified Yoga Therapist recognised by the International Association of Yoga Therapy, a certified Viniyoga teacher and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
Previously a professional dancer, actress, dance teacher and choreographer, I began to practice yoga around 1984, and did my first Teacher Training in 1996 with Federico Enriquez, Indra Devi’s student.
I have been teaching Yoga classes and workshops ever since, both in Mexico and in the U.S.A.
