Mindful Therapies

About 25 years ago, when Erika bought her first yoga book, she wasn't aware of yoga's deeper aspects; she just felt that yoga could offer more than any other activity she ever tried before.
-Consistently searching for new ways of development and self-exploration, she completed the Yoga and Mindfulness for kids training, Restorative teacher training, Prenatal Yoga, and a Thai Yoga Massage training in 2017. Erika has taken the most transformational journey of her life by graduating from the Maryland University of Integrated Health with a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy.
Erika has lived an eventful life. After graduating from high school in Romania, she earned her degree in Economics and Business Management in Hungary. Later on, she lived in Germany, Belgium, and the UK. She moved back to Belgium with her family after living in the United States for five years.
