River Breath and Body

Welcome. I am a Yoga Therapist and Artist (and swimmer, lover, mother, and creature.) I have found my best ways to connect with others and myself through these practices.
Growing up with a mother in New Mexico and a father in Hawaii meant that I spent a substantial amount of time among a few incredible cultures that I am forever grateful to learn from. My years in Missouri have only added to this feeling. I find it a responsibility to share the wisdom that has been so beautifully shared with me, and I strive to do so each time I work.
I was an NCAA Division 1 athlete as a swimmer throughout college, and I grew up swimming and paddling. Movement and breath have always been dear to me and working with others, and myself in yoga therapy has been a natural and life-giving progression.
