In Parinama somatics, we integrate various techniques and methods derived from three important and established somatics schools: Feldenkrais methods, Hanna somatics, and BMC (body-mind centering) methods. Our approach focuses primarily on the central framework of our musculoskeletal system, which is the spine. Great emphasis is also placed on the specific way of performing techniques with which we want to improve the autonomic nervous system's health and strengthen self-awareness. We will teach you neuromuscular integration techniques to help you improve your daily movement patterns, posture, and the way you use yourself.
What is the result of such exercises? A lighter and more vital body, a clear and calm mind, and better contact with different parts of oneself. All of this can be achieved when we develop a more remarkable ability to change our movement and breathing patterns.
